Frequently asked questions
How long does a complete renovation take?
Four to twelve weeks for a flat, depending on the surface and the extent of the services. The schedule is provided before the start and is contractually binding.
Do I need an architect?
Not for a renovation without structural or façade changes. If a permit or structural study is needed (load-bearing wall, extension), we tell you at the visit and work with your architect or ours.
Can I live in the home during the works?
For a complete renovation it is rarely comfortable: several rooms are open at the same time. We tell you frankly after the visit and phase the works where possible.
Do you work with agencies and building managers?
Yes. Refurbishment between two tenants, common areas, several units: a dedicated contact and partner rates on volume.
Can I get the 6% VAT rate?
Yes, if the home is more than 10 years old and mainly used as a private residence. The reduced rate is applied on the invoice.
