6% VAT on renovation
If your home is more than 10 years old and mainly used as a private residence, renovation works (labour and materials installed by the company) are invoiced at 6% instead of 21%. It is the simplest and most reliable support: it applies directly on our invoice, with no application to file.
Does not apply to furniture supplied separately or homes under 10 years old.

Since 14 February 2025, Wallonia simplified its system with a single grant: the Prime Habitation.
For roofing works: no energy audit required.
