How much does a kitchen renovation cost in Brussels?
It depends on what changes: installation and finishes cost far less than opening a wall and moving the services. We don't quote per m²: we visit for free, then send an itemised quote within 48h.
How long do the works take?
A kitchen with services to move usually takes two to four weeks, assembly included. The schedule is fixed before the start and includes your units' delivery time.
Can you open the wall between the kitchen and the living room?
Yes. If the wall is load-bearing, a structural study is required and we coordinate it; the quote states this before you decide.
Do you only install units bought elsewhere?
Yes, provided we prepare the room ourselves (services, ceiling, floor) to guarantee the result. We work from your retailer's plan.
Can I get the 6% VAT rate?
Yes, if the home is more than 10 years old and mainly used as a private residence. The reduced rate applies to the works; units supplied separately stay at 21%.
