What we collect
When you fill in the quote form: your name, phone number, e-mail address, your profile (homeowner, architect, estate agent…), the service concerned and the message you write.
Automatically, when the form is sent: the page you sent it from, the site that brought you here, any advertising campaign identifiers (gclid, utm) and your IP address.
We never ask for sensitive data. The form creates no account and requires no password.
Why, and on what legal basis
To reply, arrange the site visit and draw up the quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
The IP address and the limit on the number of submissions: protecting the form against automated submissions — our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
Campaign identifiers and advertising measurement: only with your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you may withdraw at any time.
Who receives your data
Your request arrives by e-mail in the info@apollonconstruction.be mailbox, hosted by Hostinger. It is read by the Apollon Construction team, and by no one else.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which processes the technical data needed to serve the pages under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
If you accepted measurement, Google Ireland Limited receives advertising measurement data.
We do not sell, rent or exchange any data.
How long we keep it
Request with no follow-up: 12 months, then deleted.
Accepted quote and completed project: the file is kept for 7 years, in line with Belgian accounting obligations.
Cookies and measurement
The site sets no advertising cookie until you have answered the consent banner.
Before you answer, the tags run in « denied » mode (Google Consent Mode v2): no identifying data is stored.
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage, on your device. To change it, clear the site data in your browser.
If no measurement identifier is configured, no tag is loaded at all.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format.
Write to info@apollonconstruction.be: we reply within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).
