Prime Habitation since 14 Feb. 2025. No audit required for roofing. Valid until 30 Sept. 2026.
Brussels
RENOLUTION grants suspended for 2025-2026 invoices. Approved 2024 files: payments in progress (€56M released). Transition to interest-free loans from 2027.
Flanders
MijnVerbouwPremie active. Max €4,025 for roofing. EPC grant until 30 June 2026.
Wallonia — Prime Habitation
Since 14 February 2025, Wallonia simplified its system with a single grant: the Prime Habitation.
For roofing works: no energy audit required.

Brussels — RENOLUTION
For invoices dated 2024 with an approved file, payments are in progress. No new applications are possible for 2025 or 2026 invoices.
